When answering The Colbert Questionert on Tuesday's broadcast of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Cate Blanchett sprawled across the desk. To learn more about the Oscar winner's character, Stephen presented Cate with a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions that were "ergonomically created."

On Tuesday's episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Cate Blanchett answered The Colbert Questionert while lying across the desk.

The 58-year-old host Stephen said after inviting the 53-year-old Australian actress on his CBS show. Stephen told Oscar winner Cate that he made a questionnaire with 15 questions that were "ergonomically designed" to find out who she really is.
He asked her if she had the courage to answer The Colbert Questioner, which other famous people have done on his talk show. Cate said she did, and he asked her to do it.
"Can I lie down?"Cate inquired. Stephen laughed out loud as Cate lay down on his desk and said, "You can do anything."The Colbert Questionert has the same 15 questions, starting with "What is the best sandwich?" Cate said, "Peanut butter and jelly."
Stephen asked her to name one thing she should really get rid of.

He asked her what animal scared her the most. 'A possum,' Cate said. "It was at the foot of my bed." Cate said that the only thing that could kill a cat was an Australian possum. Stephen said possums were cute and had fur.
“„They kill cats. Wait, is a therapist supposed to ask me questions about the answers I give? I've never been in therapyfor a long time. It's as if you could pick your animal, but I'd just change your mind.- Cate Blanchett

Cate said, "But you didn't agree with it."Stephen said, "Of course I don't agree with it."
"What scares you the most?"Cate said. Stephen said, "I'll ask the questions. By the way, I'm not the therapist. I was going to put all of this in my book."
"Apples or oranges?"was the next question Stephan asked her. Cate told him, "Apples." He then asked her if she had ever asked someone to sign something for her. "No,"said Cate. Stephen asked her what she thought happens when we die.

Cate said she had seen a movie about it. Stephen asked her which action movie she liked the most. "Which one was it where Mel Gibson had the mullet?"Cate said,
“„He has a ton of mullets. Do you think that Dirty Harry was an action movie? Bambi? Let's choose Bambi.'- Cate Blanchett
He asked her what smell she liked the most. 'Garlic,'Cate said. "Garlic in food, not on other people." Stephen asked what smell she didn't like the most. 'B.O,'Cate said.
"What's your most-used app?"Stephen said. Cate said it was an app called RingGo for parking. 'Cats or dogs?'Stephen asked.

When asked to describe the rest of her lifein five words Cate said, "Oh, shit."when asked to sum up the rest of her life in five words. Stephen said, "That makes two." Cate answered, "Momma, help me,"as she finished The Colbert Questionert.
